I purchased comprehensive car insurance from Zürich Insurance. Sixteen days ago, my car suffered minor damage due to an unfortunate accident. I wanted to have the repairs covered by my insurance, but Zurich Insurance sent two different assessors. The second assessor first pressured me to sign a waiver he had prepared and then threatened me by saying there would be negative consequences if I didn’t sign it (I ended up signing the waiver). I also called Zurich Insurance’s headquarters to report the assessor’s threatening behavior and requested coverage for my damage, but I received no resolution. I ultimately had to pay for the repairs myself, which cost around ₺20,000. I strongly advise against getting insurance from Zurich Insurance, as they make endless excuses and refuse to cover damages.
