Zurich Insurance Refuses to Cover Original Spare Parts for My Car Repair

I have a problem with Zurich Insurance in Turkey. A car hit my parked car in front of my home, and now Zurich Insurance refuses to pay for the original spare parts needed for the repair. They want to fix it with non-original parts, which the service officials say is impossible. This is frustrating because I expected Zurich Insurance to uphold the standards outlined in my policy. I have repeatedly contacted customer service, but they either avoid the issue or provide vague responses. Despite the agreement with the ARPA expert, they have not sent the original part, particularly for the rear torsion, leaving my car unusable for weeks. I am beginning to lose trust in their commitment to resolving claims fairly.
