Zürich Car Insurance Payment Refund Awaiting, Call Me Back Please!!

I had insurance from Zurich Insurance. The glass roof of my vehicle was shattered due to an object thrown at it by a person while it was parked. My policy number is 26351814 and my damage file number is 970546. When I took it to the contracted service to have it repaired, they told me that the parts they work with do not have the relevant part and if I procure it myself, payment will be made against an invoice. I bought and delivered the relevant part in return for the invoice. However, it is currently in the recourse stage, and although the damage has been repaired and my glass roof has been installed, and 1 month has passed, my money has not been refunded to me. They state that the damage is at the recourse stage and that they cannot pay me at this stage. However, even though I reminded them that they had to pay for the part for my vehicle, even though there was no recourse, and I filed a complaint about it, I was not given a call back and I was not informed about the fate of my money. Even though I asked for information many times during the damage file process, they did not get back to me. For this reason, I warn those who want to buy insurance from this company.
