Zurich Insurance Does Not Provide a Replacement Vehicle

On August 12, 2024, I took my vehicle to Ankara/Turkey ALC for damage assessment. It was checked there and my insurance information was taken. On September 16, 2024, I was called to return my vehicle and I returned it to ALC on the morning of September 16, 2024. I called Zurich Insurance at 9 am the same morning for a replacement vehicle. They took my registration and told me that the replacement vehicle would be delivered within 24-48 hours. On Tuesday, September 17, I called Zurich Insurance to confirm. I was told that an expert would go to ALC and notify Zurich Insurance and that an e-mail was sent to ALC for this. I informed them that there was a special agreement between Zurich Insurance and ALC and that ALC could make a decision before the expert went. The lady working in Zurich did not know about this. Finally, I called my insurance agent and as a result of their conversations, my replacement vehicle request started again from scratch on September 17. Today is September 18. The ALC company has already started the repairs, but I have been left without a replacement vehicle for 3 days, unable to take my child to school or do any work that requires a vehicle. During this time, not a single person other than my own insurance agent has called me on the phone. I think I have been deceived by Zurich Insurance, which promised me a replacement vehicle and charged me insurance fees accordingly. I wonder how they will fix this defect since they cannot turn back time.
