I've been waiting for my car repair approval for nearly a month now. I have my insurance with Zurich, and they dispatched an expert who reviewed the situation and authorized the repair. Yet, they later revoked the approval without any explanation and placed my case under additional scrutiny. Even with a police report that clearly outlines the incident, they continue to prolong the process. I really don’t know how much longer this will take, but I definitely don’t want to go through another two months of this hassle. The damage is clear, the paperwork is ready, but they continue to postpone any resolution instead of addressing the issue. This complication seems completely unwarranted. I will no longer use Zurich for insurance, as they only complicate matters instead of providing the support needed during tough times.
