Ziraat Bank Mobile App Blocked for Security Reasons Cannot Access Account

I have been unable to access the Ziraat Bank mobile banking application on my iPhone 12 (iOS 17) since August 2025 due to a “security reasons” block. This restriction has been continuous, and I am completely locked out of the app, preventing me from logging in or using any of the bank’s digital services. My IBAN is TR41000100*****10305001, and the account holder name is B**EB***.
To my knowledge, there is no judicial decision or legal restriction on my account. I assume this block was placed by the bank’s head office, but I have not been given any explanation. I visited the Ziraat Bank Gaziosmanpaşa branch in Istanbul in person to resolve the issue, but they were unable to lift the block or restore my access. I was also informed that I cannot open a new Ziraat account at other branches.
As I am currently outside of Türkiye and unable to reach customer service from abroad, I remain completely cut off from accessing my account through the mobile application. I request the immediate reactivation of my Ziraat mobile banking access and a clear written explanation of the reason behind this security block so I can use all banking services without interruption and understand the basis for this restriction.
