I Face Contactless Payment Block on My Redmi Note 9 Pro with Ziraat Mobile App

I’m every frustrated with the Ziraat Bank mobile app on my Redmi Note 9 Pro. Whenever I try to activate the "Mobile Contactless Payment" feature under the Cards > Mobile Contactless Payment section, I receive the following error message: “Due to your security settings, contactless payment is not allowed on this device.” This is incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable in 2025, especially when digital payments have become a daily necessity.
What’s even more aggravating is that this issue only happens with the Ziraat Mobile and Bankkart Mobile apps. Other banking apps work just fine on the same device, which clearly proves that the problem lies with Ziraat's software and not my phone. I’ve double-checked all my device settings, app permissions, and NFC configurations — everything is set up correctly. Still, Ziraat refuses to let me use contactless payments.
Ziraat Bank, this needs to be fixed immediately. Your app is blocking users from using basic banking services on supported devices without justification. Please release an update or provide a real solution for Redmi users who are unfairly restricted. We shouldn’t have to change devices just to use contactless payments.
