Ziraat Bank ATM Malfunction Complaint Ignored
Hello, I hope you're doing well. On 16.12.2023, at 16:37, I loaded ₺800 onto my Turkcell Paycell card at the Ziraat ATM near the Maiden's Tower in the Edremit district of Van. However, due to a malfunction at the ATM, my card was returned without refunding the money. The ₺800 remained inside. On the same day, at 16:37, I lodged complaints with both Ziraat Bank and Turkcell customer service regarding the issue. However, Ziraat Bank informed me that they couldn't take any action and advised me to contact Turkcell. Turkcell, in response to my complaint, contacted me on 19.12.2023, stating that no money had been swallowed and closed my complaint ticket, refusing to open a new one. I lost money and received no assistance as my complaint ticket was closed. If the matter remains unresolved with both Ziraat Bank and Turkcell, I am considering taking legal action and filing for compensation. I request your assistance as I am experiencing distress. While I'm not entirely sure of the address, it could be in Cumhuriyet or Eski Cami neighborhood in Edremit, Van. There's a library right next to the Maiden's Tower. If needed, I can guide Ziraat Bank employees to the ATM in this area. Investigation can be carried out by accessing the records from that date. Since I approached the ATM calmly, no immediate action was taken when the money was swallowed, and my card was returned. I'm currently facing distress and seeking your help.
