On March 12, 2024, at approximately 10:27 PM, I made a deposit of ₺8,600 at the Garanti Bank ATM. The deposit consisted of ₺200 and ₺100 bills. I used the cash deposit feature on the ATM screen to deposit the remaining amount using ₺50, ₺20, and ₺10 bills. Unfortunately, the ATM encountered an error and was unable to finish the transaction after counting for some time. I deposited a total of ₺12,000. I utilized the serial number (00885CRS089) and QR code from the ATM for the transaction. Regrettably, there was an error during the counting process at the ATM, which resulted in the money not being credited to my account. Hey, I really need that money deposited into my account right away because I have some payments that need to be taken care of ASAP. When the ATM was opened, only ₺2,000 was discovered, and there was no information given about what happened to the rest of the deposited money. If the problem isn't resolved and I don't get my money back, I'll have no choice but to take legal action. As a customer, I kindly request that this issue be resolved and the full refund of the deposited amount be provided. On the ATM screen, it showed that I made an initial deposit of ₺8,600, and then I deposited a total of ₺12,000. I can't believe that the ATM only credited ₺2,000 to my account. This is totally unacceptable. I want this issue to be resolved quickly, and I want the money that was deposited to be returned to my account. Ever since the incident, I haven't received any sort of communication or refund.
