International Money Transfer Not Credited to My Bank Account
On 04.09.2025, an international transfer of $3,500 was sent to my account (IBAN: TR78000100075***1779695002) via RAKBANK (Transaction Reference: 178915485, Bank Transaction ID: 000185146223). Tthe transaction status was “Successful.” However, despite more than a month having passed, the amount has not been credited to my account. In every communication with your bank, I have received the same response: “The transaction is pending at the correspondent bank.” No concrete action has been taken, and responsibility has been unjustly shifted to the sending bank, even though it is the receiving bank’s duty to follow up with the correspondent bank and ensure completion of the transfer. It is unacceptable that this responsibility is not being fulfilled and the same template response is repeatedly given. I urgently request that this matter be investigated, that immediate contact be made with the correspondent bank, and that the transfer be credited to my account without further delay. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will file an official complaint with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA).
I'm still waiting for a response! This is absurd.
