Wise Transfer Didn’t Arrive or Refund Me After Wrong Recipient Name Appeared

On June 2, 2025, I made a transfer through Wise with transaction number 1565040705. When I entered the IBAN, the recipient name that appeared was not “Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri” as expected, but a completely different name. Still, I proceeded with the transaction based on Wise’s own instructions—just as I had done successfully in the past.
This time, however, the money neither arrived in my account nor was it returned to my bank. It’s been days with no update or resolution, and I’m growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of action.
I urgently request Wise to investigate this transfer and either deliver the funds to the correct account or refund them to me immediately. Your system's mismatch between IBAN and recipient names should not result in customers losing money. I trusted your platform to work correctly and followed your process step by step—now I expect you to take responsibility and resolve the issue without further delay.
