I Can’t Manage My Money Abroad Due to Ziraat Online Banking IP Issue
I traveled abroad, and when I tried to access Ziraat Online Banking, I encountered an IP issue. I scanned my ID with NFC, and entered the password sent to my phone number (since I'm abroad, if I didn’t have a postpaid plan, I wouldn't have been able to use this. The security measures are really at the highest level(!)). Then it offers three different options. I click on "Enable usage abroad and within the country." And what do I see? After all that effort, it gives an error. I think, fine, let me change the IP. I go through the same steps again, entering the IP start and end addresses. STILL AN ERROR! If you can't manage this, why do you put these options and obstacles in front of us? I can't even manage my own money. I've never experienced anything like this with any other bank. You know how to take every last penny from me with various charges, but the service is zero. Your system doesn't work.
