Vodafone Line is Disabled, Wrong Package, No Reach To Customer Service

I switched from postpaid to prepaid. I live abroad and my phone number can't be reached. It says to load TL to activate the line. I loaded 125 TL. It took some other plan according to itself. With that plan, my line didn't open either. I tried for about 3 hours with Tobi, couldn't get any useful information. I called customer service for 2 hours, couldn't reach them. Finally I reached them, they said you need to get an abroad package after making me wait for 20 minutes. I took a package under Abroad (I also have a screenshot), but the abroad package I took didn't come out in the call. I need to be called from the bank, I've been dealing with this for about 6 hours and there is no result. I haven't seen such a bad customer experience. Now what should I do to be reachable from Dubai. Let the countless useless packages I paid and my phone money go. I need to solve this problem urgently. Urgent support please!
