My Bank Card Was Not Delivered Even Though I Was at Home Waiting
I applied for a Ziraat Bank Bankomat Card to meet a need, and while waiting for my card, I received an SMS saying “the address was visited.” However, I had been at home since 2:00 p.m. and had not gone anywhere. Around 5:37 p.m., the system showed “address visited, recipient not found,” but no one actually came to my address. If they had, I would have been at the door waiting since I was expecting the card. This situation is unacceptable and shows poor service. Even if I had not been at home, I could have been called, and the card could have been delivered to me easily. That way, the delivery would have been completed smoothly, and I would have been able to meet my need.
