I recently discovered that multiple unauthorized payments were made to my WePlay account. These transactions were done without my knowledge or consent—it turns out my young nephew made several purchases using my account, and I had no idea this was happening until it was too late.

I am now facing financial loss due to in-app purchases I did not approve, and I feel completely helpless and frustrated. These charges were made without any verification or safeguard in place, and I should not be held responsible for them.

WePlay, I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized transactions and that my account be permanently closed to prevent this from happening again. I expect swift action and a fair resolution to this matter. Please treat this request with urgency.
