Hello, I’m currently playing Rise of Kingdoms, and I just noticed something completely unacceptable—a charge was made to my account without my knowledge or authorization. I never approved this payment, and it’s not just a small amount either. This is a significant unauthorized withdrawal, and I am extremely frustrated.

My card is registered to the game, but that does not give the developers the right to process random or incorrect transactions. I did not confirm any in-game purchase recently, and yet, I’m the one dealing with the consequences of a charge I didn’t initiate. This is a serious breach of trust and user security.

I am demanding a full and immediate refund of the amount that was wrongly withdrawn. Additionally, I expect your support team to investigate how this happened and ensure it doesn’t occur again—either to me or to any other player. Please take action now. I’ve been unfairly charged, and this needs to be resolved.
