Since January, several unauthorized in-game gold purchases have been made on my Weplay account through my Android phone and the Play app without my consent. These transactions were carried out by my daughter without my permission, using my Google Play account linked to my email address.
I only discovered this issue after noticing repeated charges. As soon as I realized what was happening, I contacted both Play support and Google Play customer service to explain that these purchases were not authorized by me. Unfortunately, neither platform provided a resolution, and the payments have not been refunded.
I am not requesting that my account be closed, as I will handle that process myself if necessary. However, I demand that all unauthorized charges be fully refunded and that my case be properly reviewed. This matter needs to be resolved promptly to prevent further financial loss and to restore my trust in the platform.
