Zara Product Delivery Failure and Lack of Communication
I made an order on 17.06.2023 from Turkey Zara with order no 53247553032. It has been nearly 1 month and the products are yet to be delivered to me. I have tried multiple times to contact the logistics company, however, the logistics company doesn't have any contact details other than their WhatsApp number which is an AI-oriented number. So I couldn't get any information from their side except AI claiming today the transfer will be made. Lastly, I have decided to contact Zara online assistance as Zara seems no not have any contact details other than that, either. The customer service told me that the cargo has been lost and Zara won't be able to replace the products as they are out of stock. When I wanted to make a complaint about them and asked for either a phone number or mail address, the customer service informed me that he cannot give those details as Zara has no mail address. :) A global company like Zara seems to not care about their delivery process as it seems only when I contacted them that they decided to inform me that the cargo has been lost. It has been nearly 1 month and the customer service's solution for that loss is to make a refund of the payment. As you all know Turkish currency is losing its value day by day and getting a refund of payment for a purchase done 1 month prior won't be the same value. I would like for Zara to either send me all the products that I have purchased or choose a way to compensate for the currency loss and 1 month of waiting time.
