Zara Online Order Returned by the Courier Without Any Attempt to Deliver

Zara's online shopping experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. According to Kargoist, the items I purchased were returned to the store because I was not present at the address where they were delivered. I informed them via WhatsApp that I would be out of the country for a while and requested that they simply leave the package outside my front door. In contrast to the other courier services with which I had no issues, Kargoist did not respond to my messages. After speaking with Zara, they confirmed that the money for the items would be refunded. Despite the fact that I stated unequivocally that I would prefer to collect the items from a store rather than begin the process of returning them, I received no response from them.
