My Zara Order Lost in Transit, No Resolution or Refund Provided

On December 5, I placed an order through the Zara app, expecting delivery within two days. However, the package was not delivered on time, and the estimated delivery date was repeatedly postponed. Frustrated, I contacted Zara via WhatsApp, only to be informed that my package was lost. How was I supposed to find this out if I hadn’t reached out myself?
Adding to my frustration, the product I ordered was out of stock, so no replacement was sent. Despite this, Zara has not contacted me to initiate a refund or provide any solution. I specifically used the app to avoid the hassle of visiting a store, but this poorly handled process has made the experience far worse.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and process my refund. I will never shop through the Zara app again unless significant improvements are made. This amateur handling of logistics is unacceptable for a brand of Zara’s caliber.
