Zara Refuses to Refund After Return – Claims Item Missing from Package

I returned several items purchased online to Zara via Aras Kargo, but I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted Zara’s customer service through WhatsApp, and at first, they claimed the package never arrived. After I provided proof of delivery and who signed for it, they changed their story and said the item I returned wasn’t in the package, so they couldn’t issue a refund. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but I keep getting the same response—there’s nothing they can do. To make matters worse, there’s no other way to reach customer service except through WhatsApp. Zara still owes me my refund, and this experience has been extremely frustrating. I expect a resolution immediately!
