Zara Mis-Ships Fragrances

I bought a perfume set with two pieces from Zara, but they sent me two different perfumes instead of what I actually ordered. And not just that, but the package they delivered was all torn open, and even the sticker on it was ripped. It makes me worried that they might have messed with it on purpose, maybe to make it harder for me to return it or to stop me from returning it at all. Dealing with wrong product deliveries and damaged packaging can be really annoying because it not only messes up your shopping experience but also makes you wonder about the company's quality control and customer service.
