Zara Sends Wrong Size, Perfumed, and Used-Looking Items
As depicted in the photo, the item I had purchased differs from the one that was delivered to my residence. I asked for a small size, but they sent an extra small size instead. The clothing had a strong fragrance, with deodorant applied under the arms. Furthermore, I bought two sets of trousers that seemed to have been used and cleaned, as the inner labels had become faded. The products appeared to have undergone a thorough sterilization process, complete with proper labeling and careful reshipment. I reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, they were not able to provide the assistance I needed. When I requested an exchange, they recommended that I return the item. They inquire about the preferred method of return. This is not what I anticipated from Zara.
