The perfume I bought from Zara is of such poor quality that it doesn't even compare to cheaper, open perfumes. Not only is the product disappointing, but Zara fails to stand behind it. Their customer service doesn’t take customers seriously, brushing us off instead of providing proper support. How am I supposed to know if the perfume is faulty without opening it?
