Zara Sent Me a Defective Blouse Without Tags That Smells Like Perfume
I recently ordered a blouse from Zara, but when it arrived, I was quite let down by the condition. The blouse came without any tags, smelled of perfume, and had a visible defect on the front. While I don't plan to return it because I intend to wear it for my birthday, I certainly didn't expect this level of service from a brand like Zara. I feel it's unacceptable for them to accept returns of worn or damaged items and then resell them without proper inspection. I’m not sure what steps to take next, but I believe customers deserve much better than this. It's really disappointing to receive such a product when I was looking forward to wearing it for a special occasion.
