I placed an order for a red shirt from Zara in December, but it seems like it was never delivered even though the application says it was sent out between 26-29 December. It's been 20 days now and I have not received any resolution or help from customer service - all they keep telling me is that I will get an answer within 48 hours. But as I have said before, it has already been 20 days! I have talked to dozens of customer service assistants and tried to explain my situation, but nobody has been able to help me. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing that despite trying multiple times to get in contact with them, my problem still remains unresolved. All I ask is for the people at Zara to answer my inquiry or provide a viable solution so that I can finally receive the item that I paid for.
