Zara Took 25K but Didn’t Process My Online Order or Refund for 3 Weeks


On March 24, I made a ₺25,000 purchase from Zara’s official online store. The payment was immediately withdrawn from my account, but the order never appeared in my order history. To make it worse, the items still sit in my cart like nothing ever happened.
It’s now been three weeks, and Zara has not contacted me, not shipped the products, and not issued a refund. Every single day, I waste time messaging online customer support only to get the same copy-paste response: “Your case is under review, we will get back to you.”
How hard can it be to resolve something this basic? This shows a lack of professionalism and care on every level.
