I Face Long Delays and No Cancellation Option with Zara Online Orders
I believe globally respected brands like Zara suffer due to incompetent local management. My recent online shopping experience has been extremely frustrating. I tried to communicate with Zara customer service through WhatsApp, but the only consistent answer I received was that delivery would take up to 15 days. When I attempted to cancel the order, I was told it was not possible—I had to wait for the package to arrive first.
Even after the product is delivered to the store, it sits there for 10 days unless I actively follow up. To make things worse, it takes up to 40 days for the refund to reflect on my credit card. I also asked for the email address of the board chairman to escalate the issue, but they refused to share it.
Zara’s online shopping process is now a stressful and unprofessional experience. Delays, lack of accountability, and unreachable management have made me regret this purchase. I hope someone from Zara’s executive team reads this and takes action, because regular customer service is completely ineffective.
