I’ve Waited 60 Days for Zara to Process My Return and Still Have No Clear Answer
It’s been 60 days—yes, a full two months—since I returned an item to Zara, and I’m still waiting for any kind of resolution. This delay is unacceptable. I contacted Zara through WhatsApp to ask when my return would be finalized, and they told me they couldn’t provide a clear date. How is that even possible for a global retail brand?
If you’re going to approve the return, then do it now. And if not, send my item back so I can move on. I’ve never experienced this kind of delay or uncertainty from any other major brand.
To make things worse, the customer service responses have been vague and unhelpful. One even joked, “We can just consider the payment a donation,” since they couldn’t offer a timeframe. Is this how Zara treats paying customers?
It's like a joke, but my refund still hasn't been deposited. I repeatedly told the WP customer service representative that my purchased card was closed, so I provided my new, updated account details, but they showed zero interest or concern—my money basically vanished, big company.
