Zara Delivery Delay - 15 Days and Still Waiting
It's been 15 days since I placed my order, and the shipment is still sitting at the dispatch center. Even after multiple attempts to contact Zara's WhatsApp support and emphasize the urgency, I still haven't received a resolution. I've been repeatedly asking them to cancel my order and return my money. According to their policy, a refund can only be processed once the product has been returned by the courier. However, locating the courier has proven to be a challenge. I would like to cancel my order and receive a refund due to the unfortunate inability to locate it. It has been 10 days since they promised to respond promptly. I've never encountered a company that displays such a lack of concern for customer complaints once a purchase has been made. Zara, please resolve this matter promptly, or I will no longer associate with you.
