Delayed Refund and Unresolved Complaint at Zara
My order was initially accepted by Zara Online; however, when I contacted them after 15 days, they informed me that a lost procedure had been initiated due to a prolonged period of inactivity because I had not contacted them during that time period. My order was placed on Zara Online on June 19, 2023. They say that they have reimbursed my previous payment in full. However, they were in possession of my funds for an entire week without delivering any products, which left me feeling aggravated as well as dissatisfied with the transaction. In the event that my complaint is not resolved in a timely manner, I intend to file a complaint with the BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority) concerning the procedures followed by Zara Online.
