Zara Denied My Return Request Despite Contacting Before the Deadline
I placed an order with Zara on August 14, 2024, and the items were delivered five days later, on the 19th. Unfortunately, I was out of the country at the time. When I returned today, on the 17th of the following month, I immediately contacted Zara to initiate a return. Despite reaching out before the return deadline through their WhatsApp support, my request was denied. This is incredibly frustrating since I followed the proper steps to return the items within the required time frame. I’m requesting Zara to accept my return and process the refund as I am well within my rights to return these products. Please resolve this issue promptly.
