Zara Delivery Issue - Order Not Received

Hello Zara Support,
I purchased a product from Zara on July 3, 2024. As of today, July 20, 2024, my order has not been delivered. It's frustrating that such a large company uses unreliable courier services like "Bir Günde Kargo" and leaves customers in this situation.
I've tried contacting customer service, and while they express their apologies, no real solution has been offered. Additionally, I’ve been unable to reach the courier company to address this issue.
Please either deliver my product immediately or process a refund to my account. If Zara continues working with such unreliable shipping partners, it will likely lose many customers.
