My Zara Jeans Ripped After 5 Wears Despite Following Wash Instructions

Exactly 2 months ago, I purchased a pair of Zara jeans directly from the brand’s official online store. I’ve only worn them 4 or 5 times, and I’ve been extremely careful—washed them just twice, strictly following the care instructions provided on the label.
Still, the fabric has completely deteriorated. The denim feels like it’s melting apart, and there are tears forming in multiple places. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point, from a globally recognized fashion brand.
Zara, the material quality of this item is shockingly poor, and I demand a refund or a replacement immediately. I trusted your name, but this experience has left me disappointed and angry. Stand by your product and fix this.
