Zara Jeans Tore Apart After First Wash – Requesting Immediate Refund


I regularly shop with Zara, but this time, the jeans I purchased online were of extremely poor quality. After wearing them once, I washed them for the first time, and they came out completely torn and unusable. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, yet I cannot reach customer service by phone to resolve the issue. I am requesting an immediate refund for this defective product and a prompt response regarding my complaint. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expect Zara to address this matter urgently. Customers should not have to deal with such poor product quality and unresponsive service.
