Zalando Plus Baby Stroller Broke Twice in Less Than a Year – Unsafe and Unreliable
I purchased the Zalando Plus baby stroller, and within less than a year, it has broken down twice. My baby is only 9 months old, and the stroller is 7 months old. Recently, while my baby was seated, the stroller’s seat malfunctioned, leaving a dangerous gap where the safety strap couldn’t hold him securely. This poses a serious risk of falling, especially on hard surfaces. How many falls are we supposed to tolerate?
Additionally, the under-seat basket broke well before reaching one year of use. I expected better durability from a stroller marketed as high quality. When I reached out to the store in Konya where I purchased it, they offered no help, even though this product should still be under warranty. I’m seeking a full refund for this unreliable product and compensation for the travel expenses I incurred trying to resolve this issue. It’s unacceptable to pay for a “guaranteed” product that falls short in safety and quality.
