On the very first day of using Joell baby stroller, the locking mechanism for attaching the bassinet broke. Overwhelmed with caring for my newborn, I couldn't address it then, but now, the other locking part has also snapped. Furthermore, while strolling on a straight path, the front wheel shock absorber suddenly dislodges - I fix it, and it comes off again. Despite rarely using the basket underneath, it's torn. Within a year, the baby stroller has become unusable. Seeing similar complaints from others here, it's disheartening that products for babies are made so poorly. How can we trust and use these items? All the money we spend seems wasted. I want the product replaced; I urge you to address this issue.
