SunExpress Lost My Luggage on Frankfurt–Izmir Flight and No Resolution Provided
On August 25, 2025, during my SunExpress international flight XQ971 from Frankfurt to Izmir (FRA–ADB), my luggage was lost. At the airport, a lost baggage report (PIR No: ADBXQ22868) was created. I also sent an email to Frankfurt Airport and contacted TGS, but to this day I have not received any resolution. The only response I keep getting is that the matter is “still under investigation,” while my inconvenience continues.
My luggage contained Guess brand clothing, Lancome skincare products, Yves Saint Laurent perfume, essential medication, and personal undergarments. Since I am traveling on a limited vacation budget, I cannot afford to repurchase essentials like swimwear and underwear.
My first and urgent request is that my suitcase be located and returned to me as soon as possible. At the very least, I expect SunExpress to take responsibility and compensate me for the hardship and additional expenses caused by this issue.
I demand an immediate update and a proper resolution from SunExpress to address my complaint.
