Tom Ford Black Orchid Order From Parfummekani Never Delivered After EFT Payment

On May 21, 2025, I placed an order through Parfummekani.com for a Tom Ford Black Orchid EDP 100 ml men’s perfume under a “buy 3, pay for 2” campaign. I was told that if I made a bank transfer in advance, the order would be sent at a discounted price. Based on this, I paid ₺2,000 via EFT and shared the payment receipt. I received confirmation that my order would be shipped shortly.

However, since then, nothing has been delivered, and I have received no proper updates. My delivery address was Kayseri. At one point, I received a short apology message via WhatsApp, where they promised to send a “gift,” but after that, all communication stopped.

I have been shopping online for years and always preferred cash on delivery, but this was my first time paying via bank transfer, and I feel completely defrauded and left without support. Today is August 13, 2025, and my order has still not arrived.

I demand either the immediate delivery of the products I ordered or a full refund of ₺2,000 without further delay. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I expect it to be resolved promptly.
