Burberry and Invictus Perfume Order From Fensyseason Never Delivered

On August 20, 2025, I placed an order through the website Fensyseason (Order No: 2721) for Burberry and Invictus perfumes. I paid ₺3,200 by credit card at the time of purchase. The delivery address was specified as Kayseri/Melikgazi.
Despite the time that has passed, my order has never been delivered. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times—by email, WhatsApp, and phone—but I received no response at all. Additionally, no invoice or shipping update has ever been provided to me.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver the products is unacceptable. I feel completely misled and left without either my order or any explanation from the seller.
I demand a full refund of ₺3,200 without any further delay and request that this issue be resolved immediately.
