If a YSL product gets to you already opened or used, take clear pictures and videos right away showing the unsealed package, fingerprints, missing hygiene seals, batch code, and the shipping label with your name and date.
This proof is very important to show that the item was damaged before it was used for the first time.
Get in touch with YSL Beauty Customer Care on your country's official site and tell them that the product got there in an unclean way. Make sure to include your proof of clean along with the order confirmation and invoice.
Demand a full investigation and make it clear that cosmetics that have been opened are not safe or acceptable under consumer rules.
