I’ve been a long-time user of Yves Saint Laurent perfume, and this time, I decided to purchase it from Boyner due to a promotional discount. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed – the scent quality is completely different from what I’m used to. After applying, the fragrance fades within two hours, which is not at all what I expect from YSL. I returned it to the store within 1.5 days, only to be told it needed to go through an inspection process that could take up to 20 days.
This was my first and will be my last purchase from Boyner. There seems to be no customer service commitment after the sale. If Boyner does not resolve this issue, I fully intend to pursue legal action to protect my rights as a customer.
