Yves Rocher Sent Me a Birthday BOGO Code That Doesn’t Work and Ignored My Email

For my birthday, I received what was supposed to be a thoughtful gift from Yves Rocher: a “Buy One, Get One Free” (BOGO) promo code. I was excited to use it and placed items in my cart—but when I entered the code at checkout, I got an error saying it was invalid.
I double-checked everything and tried again multiple times, but it still didn’t work. I even emailed customer support hoping for a quick fix or at least an explanation. It’s been days, and no one has responded.
Sending a broken discount code as a birthday gift is not just disappointing—it’s insulting. I expected a special gesture, but instead I got a non-functioning promo and complete silence from their support team.
Yves Rocher, if you’re going to promote birthday offers, make sure they actually work. Fix the code, respond to your customers, and stop turning what should be a positive brand experience into frustration.
