Yves Rocher typically offers a birthday gift, but I noticed that nothing is showing up for me. I’ve checked all my details on the platform, and everything is correctly entered. However, there’s no coupon or notification for the gift. I’ve even contacted customer service via WhatsApp, but there has been no response.

Many others I’ve spoken to received their birthday gifts from Yves Rocher, but I didn’t receive any notification or message regarding mine. My birthday was yesterday, and I was eagerly waiting for the usual acknowledgment from the brand. I’m requesting immediate attention to this issue and expect a resolution promptly. Please ensure this is rectified as it’s disappointing for loyal customers.
