I am very disappointed with Yves Rocher’s handling of their birthday promotion. Despite being an existing customer, Yves Rocher did not apply my birthday offer, which was supposed to be available on October 30. Their communication states that a discount code would be sent to my phone or email, but I received nothing. As a loyal customer, I expected this offer to be honored as a token of appreciation. The lack of response and absence of the promised birthday discount code has left me feeling ignored by the brand. I urge Yves Rocher to address this issue immediately and apply my birthday discount without further delay.
