I took advantage of Yves Rocher’s birthday promotion, where I was promised a free full-size product after spending ₺2000. To reach this amount, I added a few extra items to my order, expecting the gift as advertised. However, the gift never arrived, and I received an SMS stating that it was delivered to someone else. When I visited the store to inquire, I was informed that their online system is not integrated with in-store services, leaving store staff unable to assist me. I also tried reaching customer service but couldn’t get through. This experience is frustrating and disappointing, especially for a loyal customer. I would like Yves Rocher to address this issue and ensure I receive my promised birthday gift.
