Yves Rocher Evidence Shower Gel Gave Me Severe Skin Reaction and Wounds
I recently bought an Evidence perfume set from Yves Rocher. I have been having serious skin problems since I started using the shower gel that came out of it. When I had no complaints before, eczema and hives occurred in my body after I started using this product. My doctor said I was subjected to a severe chemical reaction. I'm going on needle treatment right now and my skin is full of wounds. My only product that has changed in the last 2 weeks was this shower gel. Although it smelled great, it seriously affected my health. I would not expect such a product from such a big brand. I request an urgent examination and that my grievance be removed.
The Yves Rocher customer representative contacted me and stated that I could return or exchange the product at any store I wanted. However, when I went to the Cevahir store, I was told that such a transaction was not possible and that I had to send the products via cargo along with the receipt. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience. While the products have negatively affected both my physical and mental health, I had to return from the store I visited after work without being able to complete the return process. I would like to state that I have experienced serious grievance due to the incorrect information provided by the customer representative and the different practice of the store employees. I request that Yves Rocher make the necessary corrections in line with customer satisfaction, resolve the grievance I have experienced, and arrange the processes in a clear and transparent manner.
