My Yves Rocher Order Missing After Payment via Mobile App

On Wednesday, December 11, I used Yves Rocher’s mobile app to purchase a navy blue makeup bag during the ₺1 shipping promotion. The payment was successfully deducted from my card, but the order never appeared in the "My Orders" section of the app. Each time I try to access my orders, I receive a timeout error. Additionally, I did not receive any confirmation email regarding my purchase.

I attempted to contact customer service via email but found no listed email address. The communication form on the app is also unusable, as it gets stuck at the "Select a Subject" step, preventing any progress. This has been a frustrating and disappointing shopping experience. I request an immediate refund of my payment.
