Yunexpress Tracking Shows Delivered but Customer Never Received Esepet Order

On June 2, 2026, I purchased two camping chairs through Esepet. I was informed that the items were shipped via the courier company Yunexpress under tracking number XY2422626958PQ. The tracking screen shows that my order was delivered on June 18, 2026; however, I never received the products.

I checked with my building neighbors and surrounding area, and no package was delivered to my apartment or on my behalf. Despite the system marking it as delivered, I attempted to contact both Esepet and the shipping company, but I have not received any concrete results to date, and my issue remains unresolved.

I placed the order under the name Seçkin Y***** with the phone number 0546********14. I demand that my products be properly delivered to me or, if that is not possible, that a full refund of the amount I paid be issued.
