Yunexpress Complaint — Package With Tracking yt2517400708275122 Still Undelivered

On June 23, 2025, I purchased a cube from a store called Gancube for $68.98. My order was shipped with Yunexpress under tracking number yt2517400708275122. Although the package arrived in Istanbul on June 28, it has still not been delivered to me after a long time has passed.

The current tracking status constantly shows either “under customs inspection” or “customs clearance failed.” Because of this delay, I am experiencing serious inconvenience and I am requesting that my package be delivered to my address in Kayseri as soon as possible.

I tried to contact Yunexpress customer service, but I was unable to reach them in any way. I urgently request that my issue be resolved.
